Protecting Public Health in Adult-Use Cannabis Legalization
IPHI and other health and equity groups in Illinois worked to develop a set of recommendations for policymakers in a new issue brief, “Protecting Public Health and Promoting Equity in Adult-Use Marijuana Legalization in Illinois.” The recommendations considered the scientific evidence related to the health effects of marijuana and the potential social and health equity impacts of legalization efforts.
