We only receive your personal information from the website if you voluntarily provide such information to us. We will use your personal information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. In addition, we will add your email address to our constituent management database and/or other mailing lists to send you e-newsletters, action alerts and other information that we believe may be of interest to you from Illinois Public Health Institute, Illinois Alliance to Prevent Obesity and/or other organizations with which we work. If you wish not to receive such emails, you may unsubscribe by following the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any email we send you, or by sending an email to email@example.com with the subject “Unsubscribe.” Upon receipt of a request to opt-out of receiving communications from us, we will promptly remove you from our lists.

How We Protect User Information

Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. If we become aware of our having information about anyone under 13, we will promptly delete the information.
