IPHI Data Sharing in Practice
Chicago Regionwide Community Information Exchange
IPHI partnered with Cook County and Chicago to create the Chicago Regionwide Community Information Exchange (CIE), which connects healthcare providers, social services, and community-based organizations to advance health equity. Through the CIE, case workers and healthcare providers across the region can better coordinate complex client care for people experiencing homelessness, improve access to behavioral health resources for people across the region, and more.
Data Across Sectors for Health
For nearly a decade, IPHI worked with the Michigan Public Health Institute on Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH), a national initiative elevating models, principles, and practices that support equitable, multi-sector data sharing.
The legacy of this work will live on in the DASH Knowledge Base, a searchable repository of articles, briefs, toolkits, webinars, and podcasts.
