The Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) tool is a community strategic planning process designed to help local public health agencies and communities build a healthier community.

The MAPP training is designed to help participants gain a better understanding of MAPP – both the concepts that underpin the model as well as an overview of each phase of the process. A special emphasis will be placed on how to move from Performance Standards into MAPP.

Target Audience

This training session is appropriate for IPLAN Coordinators, administrators and other representatives from local health departments, state health and environmental agencies, and other community partner organizations involved in community health assessment and planning.
