- State and Local Aging Network- IDoA staff, Area Agency on Aging staff and their local aging service providers
- Disability Support Network-Centers for Independent Living, staff working with persons with disabilities
- State Health Assessment Coalition Members
Participants will learn about available data, a set of basic core competencies identified for those who work directly with individuals who have dementia and their care partners, and Illinois Alzheimer’s Disease State Plan priority recommendations which can be implemented in communities to address cognitive health or impairment, including Alzheimer’s disease, and support the needs of care partners.
Participants will gain information to enable them to integrate data and evidence-based strategies and promising practices into state and local health improvement plans to address cognitive health or impairment, including Alzheimer’s disease, and support the needs of care partners.
