Laurie Call from Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI) will share an overview of the Results Based Accountability (RBA) framework and tools to assist in developing meaningful performance measures. This tool can be used by departments at any stage of performance management system maturity.
Christina Hayes of Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center will share an overview of Lake County health department’s rebranded performance management system, including a new training academy, planned updates for their Key Performance Indicator dashboard, and a newly developed health informatics position.
Sandra Martell of Winnebago County Health Department will share 2 tools, one for reviewing performance management initiatives within health department centers and the other for visualizing alignment between the quality initiatives, the department strategic plan, and the community health improvement plan (CHIP).
