Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Invites You to Participate in a Survey to Advance Community-Based Information Sharing
Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH) is a new national initiative supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) to foster multi-sector collaborations sharing data and information to improve the health of their communities.
One of DASH’s first activities is identifying existing collaborations, barriers, opportunities, lessons learned, and promising practices within the field. DASH has developed an online survey to document and understand challenges and successes in order to advance multi-sector collaboration and data sharing. Based on our initial data gathering, your collaboration may be a valuable contributor to this body of knowledge.
